Our minds are vast beyond our own comprehension and complicated beyond measure. Yet the booming field of meditation courses which are supposed to teach us how to understand our minds all teach the same couple lessons; mindfulness, maybe a little relaxation technique and some concentration exercise thrown in.

Now, those are great things to learn, and we will start with them too, but where are the meditations to cultivate compassion, imagination, self-analysis, joy? Where are the meditation courses that help us take a step back and see the bigger picture, face our fears and despair, help us know ourselves and plan out the life we want?

Learn more, become more.

Hi, We're Adrian & Nick

Adrian and Nick met in 2008 and became fast friends. Both had an interest in meditation and were bothered that most courses and books were so limited, only covering mindfulness.

Both of them pursued careers in engineering and in authoring, and Adrian started teaching meditation courses, even teaching at Standford Splash school for a little while.

Finally, they decided to write down all of their combined experience into a compedium of meditations. A sample platter of "neat tricks to do with your mind". And share it with a wider audience.
